1. Eligibility for Returns
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a comic book that is damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and include photos of the damage or defect.
- Incorrect Item: If we mistakenly send you the wrong item, we will gladly send the correct one at no extra charge. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Change of Mind: Due to the nature of collectible items, we are unable to accept returns for reasons unrelated to damage, defect, or error on our part.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at support@watchtowercomics.shop. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
- Return Authorization: Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. We will provide instructions for returning the item if eligible.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure that comic books are packed securely to prevent further damage during return shipping.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or Read Comic Books: Items that have been read or opened (unless defective or damaged) cannot be returned.
- Special Edition or Pre-Order Items: Limited editions, signed comics, or pre-order items are final sale unless defective.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different comic or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows delivered, but you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier directly. We can assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
